Poultry and Potato Salad

  1. Combine poultry, potatoes, scallions and celery in a bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, oil, mustard and mayonnaise together until smooth and fold into the poultry mixture.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and dill.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and bacon and serve.
