Isty-Bitsy Burgers

  1. Heat grill until hot.
  2. Oil the grates.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together turkey, salt, pepper, and ketchup with hands.
  4. Roll turkey mixture into 8 balls.
  5. Gently press down to make 1/2 inch-thick patties.
  6. Lightly brush insides of rolls with olive oil.
  7. Grill patties 6 minute Turn with tongs; top with cheese if you are using it.
  8. Grill about 6 minute more, until cooked through and an instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 165 degrees.
  9. Toast rolls on grill.
  10. Place burgers in rolls; garnish as desired.
