Balsamic Pepper Chicken

  1. Sprinkle lemon pepper on both sides of the chicken.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
  4. Remove chicken to a serving platter and keep it warm.
  5. Mix vinegar, broth and garlic and add to the skillet.
  6. Stir cook over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is reduced and slightly thickened.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken breasts and serve.
