Grammie's Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe

  1. Beat egg yolk, add in lowfat milk and beat well.
  2. Add in lemon juice to taste.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Cover with meringue made by adding 3 Tbsp.
  5. sugar to beaten egg whites and beating till stiff.
  6. Brown in oven preheated to 350 degrees then turned off.
