Rocky Road Sauce

• 200 g dark chocolate, melted
• 12 cup cream, warmed
• 34 cup packaged marshmallows, chopped
• 14 cup red glace cherries, chopped
• 14 cup mixed nuts, crushed

1. combine chocolate and cream in a bowl.
2. stir in remaining ingredients.
3. mix well.
