Marsala Chicken

  1. Heat oil in large pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown, then add all the spices.
  3. Fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomatoes and fry to form a paste.
  5. (You may have to add 1/4 cup water.)
  6. Now add the chicken and yogurt.
  7. Cover pan.
  8. After 2 minutes, lower heat to medium and cook until chicken is very tender.
  9. Serve with pita bread, tortillas or rice.
