Powdered milk yoghurt

  1. Mix powdered milk with hotabout 110 F and strain through a sieve.
  2. Mix in the yoghurt culture.
  3. Pour into sterilized jars, cover and set in a warm place for 6-8 hours.
  4. Refrigerate.
