Turkey Burritos(Low-Fat)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a 2-quart saucepan, stir tomato juice, cornstarch and 1/2 cup water until smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Boil 1 minute.
  4. Stir in salsa.
  5. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish; set aside.
