Quick Creamy Vegetable Soup
- 1 12 cups water
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 14 cup celery, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- Combine water and salt in a saucepan.
- You may want to substitute chicken broth for the water.
- Add the vegetables and celery and cook 10 minutes.
- Blend in the cream of chicken soup or whatever creamy soup you choose.
- Reduce heat to simmer and heat 2 to 3 minutes longer.
