Triple Lemon-Cream Cheese Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat cake mix, 1 pkg.
  3. Neufchatel, pudding mix, water and eggs in large bowl with mixer just until moistened.
  4. (Batter will be thick.)
  5. Beat on medium speed 2 min.
  6. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  7. Bake 21 to 24 min.
  8. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pans 10 min.
  10. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  11. Beat remaining Neufchatel, butter and juice with mixer until blended.
  12. Gradually beat in sugar until blended.
  13. Frost cupcakes.
