  1. Mix flours together with salt in large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle yeast over warm water in
  3. small bowl and stir.
  4. Add yeast and two cups of broth to dry ingredients.
  5. Mix well with hands until dough is stiff.
  6. Add a little more broth if necessary.
  7. Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with egg and milk mixture.
  8. Bake at 300u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  9. Turn off oven and leave overnight.
