Blender Seafood Souffle Recipe

  1. Butter bottom and sides of 1 qt souffle dish or possibly casserole.
  2. Dust with Parmesan cheese and set aside.
  3. Blend at medium speed remaining ingredients till smooth, about 30 seconds.
  4. P our carefully into prepared dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 min or possibly till puffy and delicate brown.
  6. Center may be creamy - spoon over servings.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Tossed salad may be served first a few min before souffle is ready to serve.
