Blender Seafood Souffle Recipe
- Butter
- 6 1/2 to 7 3/4 ounce. liquid removed salmon, crabmeat or possibly tuna
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounce. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 ounce. cubed cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- Butter bottom and sides of 1 qt souffle dish or possibly casserole.
- Dust with Parmesan cheese and set aside.
- Blend at medium speed remaining ingredients till smooth, about 30 seconds.
- P our carefully into prepared dish.
- Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 min or possibly till puffy and delicate brown.
- Center may be creamy - spoon over servings.
- Serve immediately.
- Tossed salad may be served first a few min before souffle is ready to serve.
