Tuna and Toast

  1. Whisk the flour and milk together in a saucepan over medium low heat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Serve on buttered toast.
  4. If you need to serve 4 people, just add an extra can of tuna to the recipe.
