Sorta Zagna
- 46 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 4 cups shredded cheese
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 4 small summer squash
- 1 lb Italian sausage, browned
- Put 1 c sauce on bottom of sprayed 9 x 13 pan.
- Lay 3 uncooked noodles over sauce.
- Spread sliced summer squash over noodles.
- Top with 1/2 the browned sausage.
- Add another layer of sauce.
- Layer on 1/2 of the cheese.
- Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.
- Top with more sauce.
- Lay all spinach on top of sauce.
- Add remaining sausage.
- Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.
- Pour remainder of sauce over this all.
- Cover with foil - bake one hour at 350 degrees.
- Remove foil, top with remaining cheese.
- Continue baking for approx 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
- Let set 10 minutes b4 cutting.
