Baked Nut-Crusted Camembert & Pear Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Toss cheese with 1 tsp.
  3. of the dressing in small bowl.
  4. Place in small resealable plastic bag.
  5. Add peanuts; seal bag.
  6. Shake to evenly coat cheese with the peanuts; place on ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Reserve any remaining peanuts in bag.
  8. Bake 7 to 8 min.
  9. or until cheese is slightly softened.
  10. Meanwhile, toss greens with remaining dressing and reserved peanuts.
  11. Divide evenly between two salad plates.
  12. Arrange pear slices around salads; top each salad with warm cheese wedge.
