Baked Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni until tender; drain.
  2. In medium saucepan, melt butter, stirring in flour, dry mustard and salt.
  3. Blend in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
  5. Stir until melted.
  6. Combine macaroni and cheese sauce; mix well.
  7. Pour into greased casserole dish (approximately 2-quart).
  8. Top with cheese and crackers.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until
  10. hot and bubbly.
