Chinese Noodle Soup With Chicken Balls

  1. Combine chicken, garlic and ginger.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Brown on all sides in oil in large saucepan.
  4. Drain off fat.
  5. Add broth and water.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Stir in noodles and snow peas.
  8. Cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add green onions and lemon juice.
  10. Serve immediately.
