Irish Potato Bake

  1. Grease 1 1/2 qt shallow baking dish.
  2. Thoroughly combine chex & butter.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine potatoes, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, & broccoli.
  5. Stir gently until well mixed.
  6. Spread half of mixture in baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with half of cheese, then half of crumbs.
  8. Repeat.
  9. Bake in 350F oven for 25 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
