Chocolate Liqueur

• 1-1/4 cup Basic Sugar Syrup #2
• 1-1/3 cup vodka
• 3 tsp. chocolate extract
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 qt. glass jar

1. Stir vodka, sugar syrup, chocolate extract, and vanilla in a 4 cup (1 quart) screw top jar until well blended.
2. Close jar.
3. Store in a cool, dark place for at least a week to age.
