Peach and Cherry Summer Refrigerator Pie

  1. Cook the tapioca, sugar, salt, water and lemon juice til clear and thick.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Add vanilla, sliced peaches and cherries.
  4. Pour into cooled pie filling and refrigerate.
  5. When cool, top with whipped cream.
