Strawberry Parfait Pie

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in dry pudding mix until well blended.
  4. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; pour into crust.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  6. Top with strawberries and remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
