Strawberry Parfait Pie
- 1-3/4 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 1-1/2 cups quartered fresh strawberries
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in dry pudding mix until well blended.
- Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; pour into crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
- Top with strawberries and remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
