Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

  1. Toss partially thawed potatoes with melted butter, salt and pepper.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and place in casserole.
  3. Mix 2 c. crushed cornflakes and 1/4 c. melted butter, spread over casserole.
  4. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
