Vegetable Beef Salad Recipe

  1. Cut beef into 1/8 inch slices.
  2. Cook and stir beef in 2 Tbsp.
  3. of dressing till brown; drain.
  4. Rinse frzn peas in cool water; drain.
  5. Mix beef, peas, celery, green pepper, onion and rest of dressing.
  6. Cover and chill at least 4 hrs.
  7. Toss lettuce with dressing.
  8. 8 servings.
  9. 475 calories.
