Macaroon Sherbet Surprise Recipe

  1. Crumble macaroons, add in pecans, mix in Cold Whip.
  2. Press this mix into a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish and freeze for 20 min.
  3. Spread softened sherbet over macaroon mix.
  4. Garnish with remaining pecans.
  5. Freeze for several hrs.
