Macaroon Sherbet Surprise Recipe
- 2 Packages soft macaroons (Van de Kamps)
- 3/4 c. minced pecans (1/2 c. in macaroon mix, 1/4 c. for garnish)
- 1 lg. Cold Whip
- 1/2 gal. Lime Sherbet, softened
- Crumble macaroons, add in pecans, mix in Cold Whip.
- Press this mix into a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish and freeze for 20 min.
- Spread softened sherbet over macaroon mix.
- Garnish with remaining pecans.
- Freeze for several hrs.
