STOVE TOP Mole Stuffing

  1. Cook onions and garlic in butter on medium heat 3 min.
  2. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in mole sauce and water.
  4. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  5. Add stuffing mix and corn; mix well.
  6. Cover.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Fluff with fork.
