STOVE TOP Mole Stuffing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 cup mole sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 2 cups frozen corn, cooked
- Cook onions and garlic in butter on medium heat 3 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender.
- Stir in mole sauce and water.
- Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
- Add stuffing mix and corn; mix well.
- Cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
