Garlic Shrimp

  1. Toss the shrimp with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of the garlic, stir in the olive oil and mix well.
  3. Heat a skillet over high heat and add the shrimp, melted butter and the remaining garlic.
  4. Cook until done, making sure not to overcook the shrimp, 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Just before the shrimp finish cooking, add the Shaoxing wine.
  6. Squeeze some fresh lemon over the shrimp and serve.
