Bottled Hell Recipe

  1. Put the peppers and 1/2 c. of vinegar into blender or possibly food processor.
  2. Blend for 5 min or possibly till smooth.
  3. Put the mix into a large saucepan; add in the remaining 2 and 1/2 c. of vinegar and both bottles of catsup (tomato ketchup).
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 min.
  5. cold slightly and pour into clean glass bottles or possibly jars.
  6. Cap securely.
  7. Let "age" in refrigerator for 1 week.
