Bottled Hell Recipe
- 2 c. Fresh or possibly dry Datil peppers Stems removed, minced
- 3 c. White vinegar
- 2 lrg (32-ounce size) bottles catsup (tomato ketchup)
- Put the peppers and 1/2 c. of vinegar into blender or possibly food processor.
- Blend for 5 min or possibly till smooth.
- Put the mix into a large saucepan; add in the remaining 2 and 1/2 c. of vinegar and both bottles of catsup (tomato ketchup).
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 min.
- cold slightly and pour into clean glass bottles or possibly jars.
- Cap securely.
- Let "age" in refrigerator for 1 week.
