The Manhattan Exposition

• Ice
• 2 ounces Cognac
• 1/2 ounce Sloe gin
• 1/2 ounce dry vermouth, preferably Dolin
• Dash of Boker's bitters
• 1 orange twist, for garnish

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the Cognac, sloe gin, vermouth and bitters and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange twist.
