Brownie Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

• 1 1/3 c. flour
• 1 1/3 c. sugar or possibly 2/3 c. sugar plus 8 packets Sweet 'N Low
• 2 c. quick-cooking oats
• 2/3 c. cocoa
• 2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1/2 x salt optional
• 4 x Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute 1 c.
• 2/3 c. light corn syrup
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

1. Spray cookie sheets with non-fat cooking spray.
2. In bowl combine flour, salt, baking pwdr, cocoa, sugar and oats.
3. Add in Egg Beaters, corn syrup and vanilla; stir till dry ingredients are moistened as you would in making regular brownies.
4. Drop be spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
5. Bake at 350 for 10 min.
6. Remove from oven and let set 5 min before removing from sheets.
