Fajitas
- 1 lb uncooked Boneless Skinless chicken
- 1 medium Bell Pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or extra olive oil
- 1 packages Fajitas seasoning mix
- 1 cup Salsa sauce
- 1 Salt and black pepper
- season chicken to taste with salt and black pepper, Cut chicken into thin strips, heat oil in pan nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, carefully add chicken to hot oil cook and stir until no longer pink in center add Seasoning mix, then add bell peppers and onions cook uncovered 3 to 5 minutes stir often until vegetables are tender.
