Melted Chocolate-Rum Sauce Sundae

• 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 drops rum extract
• 1/2 cup PLANTERS Macadamias, chopped
• 2 qt. vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies

1. Microwave chocolate and cream in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 to 4 min.
2. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended and heated through, stirring every 2 min.
3. Add extract; mix well.
4. Stir in nuts.
5. Scoop 1/2 cup ice cream into each of 16 dessert dishes; top with sauce and crushed cookies.
6. Serve immediately.
