Melted Chocolate-Rum Sauce Sundae
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 drops rum extract
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Macadamias, chopped
- 2 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies
- Microwave chocolate and cream in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 to 4 min.
- or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended and heated through, stirring every 2 min.
- Add extract; mix well.
- Stir in nuts.
- Scoop 1/2 cup ice cream into each of 16 dessert dishes; top with sauce and crushed cookies.
- Serve immediately.
