Lasagne

  1. Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
  2. Add garlic, basil, salt, oregano, tomatoes and 1/2 to 1 cup water.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes; stir often.
  4. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse.
  5. Beat eggs.
  6. Add remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella.
  7. Layer 1/2 the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  8. Spread with 1/2 the Ricotta filling; add 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the meat sauce.
  9. Repeat. Bake at 375u0b0 for about 30 minutes.
