Peacharine Daiquiri

• 2 cups ice
• 1 nectarine, peeled,pitted and sliced
• 3 ounces golden rum
• 2 ounces peach schnapps
• 2 limes, juice of
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar

1. Add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
2. Cover and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth (May have to pulse on and off to get the blending started).
3. Pour into chilled wine glasses and enjoy.
