Fennel Gorgonzola Salad Recipe Henry Broder
- 1 fennel bulb with tops
- crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- pine nuts
- white balsamic vinagar
- Cut off the fennell tops and save for garnish
- Cut bulb in half and then make thin slices of the bulb halves creatin thin (about 1/8") pices.
- Arrange on a platter in a mound and sprinkle on gorgonzola pieces, pine nuts and sprinkle with white balsamic vinagar.
- Garnish the platter with a ring of the lacy fennell tops around the mound of salad
