Fennel Gorgonzola Salad Recipe Henry Broder

  1. Cut off the fennell tops and save for garnish
  2. Cut bulb in half and then make thin slices of the bulb halves creatin thin (about 1/8") pices.
  3. Arrange on a platter in a mound and sprinkle on gorgonzola pieces, pine nuts and sprinkle with white balsamic vinagar.
  4. Garnish the platter with a ring of the lacy fennell tops around the mound of salad
