Tuna Quinoa Patties
- 1 can 5 Oz. Can Of Tuna, Drained
- 1- 1/2 cup Quinoa, Cooked Accoding To Package Instructions Then Cooled
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cups Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 2 Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Olive Oil, Enough To Cover The Bottom Of Your Frying Pan

- Using large pan add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan and heat on medium.
- 2.
- In the meantime combine tuna, quinoa, egg, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, onion, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- 3.
- After all ingredients are mixed together roll and flatten into your preferred size of patties.
- Set patties on a plate.
- 4.
- Add some of the patties into the hot oil.
- Depending on size of your pan you may have to do this in two batches.
- Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from pan using a spatula and place onto a paper towel lined plate.
- Repeat with the remaining patties.
