Tomato Salsa

  1. take skins off tomatoes (put them in boiling water and then in cold water, skins will come off very easily) Pour everything in a big cooking pot.
  2. mix well.
  3. simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. pour in pint jars.
  5. put on two piece canning lids.
  6. Process in hot water bath for 30 minutes.
