Quick and Easy Chocolate Cashew Brittle

  1. Preheat oven to 325F or 160C.
  2. Line a 15 X 10 baking sheet with foil.
  3. Lay out crackers in a single layer.
  4. In a small sauce pan, melt butter, add brown sugar and bring to boil over medium heat.
  5. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes whisking constantly to avoid burning.
  6. Pour evenly over crackers.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Then Sprinkle chocolate chips and cashews evenly over top.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Refrigerate until firm.
  11. Break into pieces to serve.
