Bagna Cauda With Vegetables Recipe

  1. Bagna Caude (Anchovy and Garlic Sauce): Drain and dry anchovies.
  2. Place in HEAVY saucepan and add in oil, butter and garlic.
  3. Cook over very low heat for about 1 hour.
  4. Sauce should barely bubble during this time.
  5. Add in cream and simmer 5 more min.
  6. Serve hot with assorted vegetables cut into bite sized pcs.
