Woodland Casserole

  1. Chop chestnuts into fairly large, coarse pieces.
  2. Fry leeks in a little oil, add garlic.
  3. Add chestnuts and salt (better yet, Vegit)
  4. Place vegetables in a casserole dish.
  5. Prepare Bechamel sauce and pour over the veggies.
  6. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes.
