Chicken Broccoli Casserole
- 1 lb. broccoli, cooked
- 1-1/2 lb. chicken breast, cooked and cut in bite-size pieces
- 4 servings minute rice, cooked
- 2-1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cut into slices
- In a 13x9-inch casserole dish, spread rice evenly on the bottom.
- Add your chicken and spread evenly.
- Then add broccoli and spread evenly.
- Put the cheese on top.
- Put in a 350F oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
