Crockpot Mac and Cheese

  1. Cook the macaroni according package directions.
  2. Drain and rinse well.
  3. Generously butter (or spray with nonstick cooking spray) the sides and bottom of a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  4. Combine the macaroni with the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring a few times.
  6. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Enjoy!
