Crockpot Mac and Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Medium Shell Macaroni
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- Cook the macaroni according package directions.
- Drain and rinse well.
- Generously butter (or spray with nonstick cooking spray) the sides and bottom of a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
- Combine the macaroni with the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring a few times.
- Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
