Easy Beef Stew

  1. Combine all ingredients, except peas, in large pot or dutch oven.
  2. Add enough water to cover 1 inch below ingredients (about 4 cups).
  3. Cover and cook over very low heat for approx 1 hr, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add peas and cook an additional 15 min.
