Easy Microwave Hash Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  1. Cut tops from peppers.
  2. Throw away seeds and membrane.
  3. Cook, uncovered, in boiling salted water for 3 to 4 min.
  4. Invert to drain.
  5. Spoon hash into cooled peppers.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Place in microwave-safe dish with cover (or possibly cover with microwaveable cling wrap).
  8. Cook at 100% power (High) for 7 to min.
  9. (This time is for 600-700 watt over - adjust time to suit your microwave.)
