Rump Roast With Shells Recipe

  1. Brown meat on all sides in skillet in oil.
  2. After meat is browned, put all ingredients, up till the tomatoes, into the pot.
  3. Use only 1/2 of the c. of water.
  4. Cover and simmer for 2-2 1/2 hrs.
  5. In separate pot, cook shells.
  6. Put the 1/2 c. of water left and 2 Tbsp.
  7. flour into sauce and stir.
  8. Cut meat and serve with shells and sauce.
