Smoked Ham and Caramelised Pizza

  1. Heat the oil and cook the onions and garlic for 10-12 minutes until soft, do not allow to brown.
  2. Add the sugar, balsamic and water and simmer a further 20 minutes or until soft and golden.
  3. Spread pizza bases evenly with half of the caramelised onion.
  4. Top with ham, bocconcini and extra onion.
  5. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned.
  6. Drizzle mayonnaise over the hot pizza.
  7. Serve.
