AMIEs MERINGUE

  1. Combine and beat first 3 ingredients together until slight mounds form.
  2. Add sugar gradually beating well after each addition.
  3. Continue beating until meringue stands in stiff glossy peaks.
  4. Spread or force meringue through a cake decorator or cookie tube.
  5. Bake at 170AC for 12-15 minutes until brown.
