Pudding and Cookies Kids' Dessert

  1. Prepare each flavor of pudding with half of the milk as directed on package.
  2. Spoon pudding into 2-oz.
  3. portion cups or souffle cups, adding only one flavor of pudding to each cup.
  4. Top each with about 1 tsp.
  5. of the whipped topping.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Place 1 pudding cup on each of 48 large plastic plates to serve (or 8 plates for trial recipe).
  8. Add 2 cookies and a small spoon to use for garnishing (see Tip below).
