Garlic Aioli Sauce
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 300 ml whole egg mayonnaise (Thomy brand if available)
- 4 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 2 tsp finely chopped mint (optional)
- 2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Mix thickened cream, mayonnaise and lemon
- Add crushed garlic
- add mint and paprika if using.
- mix all ingredients and add salt to your liking.
