Scallops with Bacon

  1. Soak skewers in bowl of water.
  2. Drain.
  3. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around scallop and place on skewer.
  4. In small bowl combine honey, vinegar, mustard and olive oil.
  5. Brush onto scallops and bacon.
  6. Place on baking pan and broil for 3-4 minutes per side or until crispy.
  7. Serve
