Smoky Salmon Ball

  1. Drain salmon, remove bones and flake with a fork.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke and salt.
  3. Blend until well mixed.
  4. Mix in salmon and then form into a ball.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, 1 hour or more.
  6. In a small bowl, combine chopped pecans and parsley.
  7. Toss until well mixed.
  8. Before serving, roll salmon ball in mixture to coat.
